Mr. Chris Rylant earned an Associate's degree in Mechanical and Architectural Drafting and Design at JP Tech in Montgomery Alabama.
Chris has over 35 years of experience at Jay R. Smith Manufacturing Company (Engineering Division)

Mr. Rylant studied the principles and mechanics of siphonic roof drainage under John Rattenbury, P.E., CPD, LEED AP (currently with RFK Group, Boston, MA). John played a key role in introducing siphonic roof drainage to the United States and designed the first siphonic roof drainage system to be used in the United States (the Boston Convention and Expo Center).
Mr. Rylant is a Charter Member of ASPE in the Birmingham Alabama Chapter.
